I was invited to interview by an employee over LinkedIn. I had an HR screen call + 3 zoom calls with the team. The first technical interview was hard, last for more than 2 hours. It included various Android platform questions + 2 tasks to solve. The second round was w/ chief architect, it covered the project I was working on and its architecture. The third round was managers interview, culture alignment stuff. It was a nice talk, I found that the company has tech guilds and the culture seems pretty strong and interesting. All rounds went well in my opinion, but a couple of days later I got the feedback that they have decided to proceed with other candidates.
