Thirty-minute phone call interview at first, then a very exhausting on the site interview including a job-shadow. You will have to speak to about seven-different people and all of them skeptical about everything you say. If you are white it should be fine and they will be gentle. But, if you are anything but white DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They will be extremely rude and disrespectful trying to push you to your limits and no matter how prepared you are. At the end of the interview the HR yield at me when asked them if there are any challenges for my team I need to keep in mind if I got this opportunity. Diversity almost does not exist in this company. One of the worst interview experiences I ever had.
