I contacted the HR after graduating since I did an internship wth this company regarding open positions in Project Management in California. The HR sent me a link to do an interview online that had seven questions and also asked me to upload my most recent resume and some personal info. The interview questions were very specific to the position and I believe not very related to my past professional experiences. They were looking for a senior project management and I haven't had so many years of experience in this field. I never received any response either from the HR or from the manager. I think the company should have a better retention program after we put so much work and effort during our internship and could at least contact the candidates to let then know the results.

Good — Short process, no homework or product sense. People are friendly. Softball interview questions.
Bad — POOR BALANCE: Must wake up early, early even for eastern time. POOR TIME MANAGEMENT: Interviewers were late and did not leave any time for my questions. LACK OF MORALS: Struggled to demonstrate that they “do the right thing”, plus many microaggressions. LACK OF DIVERSITY: Everyone who interviewed me was of the same gender and race.

Question 1
"What is the role as you understand it? What experiences from your background align best with this role?”
On the face of it, this is a fine question. However, the tone in which the executive asked it was too direct. Asking this before my self-introduction, not even 30 seconds after meeting me was rude. It made me feel like a ‘resource’ or a piece of cattle. Not a human being.

I applied via the website and received an interview email two weeks later. Had an interview that lasted about 30 mins, and thought it went pretty well. Answered all the questions. But did not get the offer.
