J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Payscale
Entretien
Had a phone interview followed up by a couple of in person interviews. It took some following up on my part to get in touch with the right people. After that it was pretty smooth sailing and I heard back from everyone clearly and promptly.

Question 1
What do you think is the competitive landscape for PayScale?
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Payscale (Seattle, WA) en mai 2016

Initial communication was very prompt and quick after submitting my resume. I did have a personal recommendation from someone who is currently working there so that may have helped... I had a phone interview almost immediately following first contact and was a very straightforward informative phone call. At the end of the call, they asked me to come in for an in person a week later.
It was an easy as well as casual process. I interviewed with two different managers as well as a job shadow. The job shadow was my favorite part as I had no clue what the actual job would be and instead of just jumping straight into something based off a few explanations of the role, I could see for myself what actually I went down.

My other offer was the BLP program at LinkedIn, both similar in sales career growth. I felt that I could make more of an impact at PayScale and that I connected way more with the collaborative culture here.
