Friendly and engaging recruitment Process and quickly organised an interview with the Hiring Team, a really nice easy flowing interview lots of questions in both directions, the job description explained in detail and was given some competency question which went well and then after the interview was verbally offered the job and was waiting for an official letter, then everything went in the other direction. Another Interview was required to have an informal chat and basically its was determined I didn't have the skills despite I was asked what salary I was after at the end of the interview and even when I asked if they thought I could do the job they didn’t say no and the upshot was that the offer of employment was revoked
