HR called and said they found my contact information online and wanted to know if I was interested in a position. I said yes, they then asked me a few simple technical questions and based on my responses said they thought I would be a great candidate for the position so they set up an in person interview.
Frankly, I find an interview that expects you to recite things that it would take you two minutes to pick up a book and find using reference to be unfair and limiting. I wish them luck finding the right candidate.. I didn't get the position .. they didn't think I was a good fit and the feeling is mutual.
