The process begins with an email from college relations asking you to fill out a form with your department and channel interests.
Once they have this information, they recommend a specific department and channel for you to interview with. They ask you to email them directly to set up an interview either in person or on the phone.
Then you have the interview, which typically lasts about 30 minutes. At this company, most people just want you to have the right personality. They recognize you are just interviewing for an internship so it isn't difficult or out of the ordinary. Make sure and talk about your passion of the brand and ask them questions to establish a conversation.
Interview process was very conversational, with casual questions on the experience and resume. Went in detail into recent experiences on the resume and asked me to elaborate on specific skills and weaknesses. Overall very positive experience

Entretien
The interview consisted of two phone calls - one with a recruiter and then one with the hiring manager who you would work under. The interviews aren’t long and consist of learning more about the role and company and answering some questions.
The interview was okay. The people were nice. On my way in a worker asked to touch my Afro and that was bothersome to me. But the questions were thought provoking and helped make the process enjoyable and more conversation like.
