The job position said the location of the store was Glendale, CA. They called me around 4:00pm and asked me to go in for an interview the next day at 10:30am and the girl said that she will email me all the information. I got the email and it said to meet them in the corporate office which is in Commerce, CA. This is about 40 minutes from Glendale without traffic. When I got there the receptionists was Hispanic and didn’t speak and English when I asked her what to go and I couldn’t make out what she was saying she literally handed me an application walked me to a room and said “you write here” 3 minutes later the girl that called me to the interview walk in and says oh can you hurry up on your application. She comes back two minutes later and says you have 3 minutes to finish that, hurry because they are going to interview you. Next thing I know these two older Asian women come in the room without me even having time fill out the application and ask me to tell them about myself and their English wasn’t any better than the receptionist so I do not think they understood a word I said. Following that they looked at my portfolio and after that they asked me to put 3 looks to gather from a rack of clothes that was in the room. After that process the 2 older Asian women and the younger girl who called me in for the interview sat in front of me and spoke in their language for about five minutes. After they were done with their conversation they told me thanks for coming in and I left. As soon as I was walking out the younger girl walked right after me and said what would you like to be paid I said a very modest number from $10-$11 and her eyes popped out and that was the last I heard from them
