Interested in a management position, signed up for a virtual interview, based on my interview, if you have taken a leadership role then you would be able to get a job in management. Heard great things about Panda on their website that they develop people, give them an opportunity to succeed, the interview was the opposite of what they show in their videos at Panda. Said I was going to hear back from HR even though I did horrible on the interview but that was a lie.
