I thought I answered the questions really well but palantir wants you to be perfect. Goes OA -> recruiter -> onsite -> hiring manager. Overall everyone was very nice and easy to talk to.

The phone screen was very conversational, they try to match you with someone who has some similarity to you. I expressed interest and connected with the recruiter, but did not pass the OA.

Started with a short recruiter chat about why you want to work there. Next was a technical problem that involved hashmaps, looping, and accessing nested data. After not being successful, I received a rejection shortly after.

They were fairly friendly and it was overall a positive experience. The interviewer was kind and explained the questions well. I'd recommend going in to just know more about the company and the technology, instead of going blind.
