3 Phone interviews, 1 Group, Background Check

One interview with the recruiter, then no news for at least 2 weeks. Then the recruiter got back to me organized a interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager did not seem to know anything about his field! The person kept on telling me that it is a big company (not that much!!) so that the process takes a long time. Well, I read that as lack of competency!
