I applied online and received an email about a phone interview from a recruiter. Pretty easy questions. Then, I had an in-person interview about a week later and again, it was fairly easy questions and I had amazing conversation with the two women that I had interviewed with. And again, another week later, I got a call about a job offer and how I had to submit to a drug test & background check. I had some complications with the drug test so I had to do it again, but about a week after it was finished, I was told that my drug test & background check cleared and when my start date was.

Very easy. Basic questions. No matter what position it’s always the same list of like 20 questions. They have it for uniformity in the process. “Have you ever improved a process” “what are your future goals”.

I was interviewed by two current employees together. It was a relatively laid back experience. It was not overly stressful and the interviewers asked good questions. The interview lasted about 20 or 30 minutes and I was asked 6 0r 7 different questions

Entretien
Screening over the Phone with recruiter. Then interview was over Zoom but the interviewers did not have their cameras on. I was not expected to have my camera on either. They only conducted 1 interview. I wasn't sure I did well, I fumbled a little, and then HR called back saying it went well.
