Only one round was conducted in which directly Personal Interview at the partner level was conducted. There were no other rounds conducted. The interviewer asks the client name that you have worked for and ask about the business of the client rather than asking about the technical questions. They mostly judge you by the first question you answer and keep and impression that they are much greater than you which they are of course.
