Someone went out and called my name. When I wen't in there were two interviews, the HR and a supervisor. They were both very poorly prepare for the interview and were not even dress according to the situation. There was no introduction about the company or the job description so far, and they started with a questions about my personality. After that the supervisor told me that preventive maintenance was't a priority for the company. The priority was to create good machine. And at the end of the interview I asked why he didn't talk about the sigma six, lean manufacturing and kaizen who were in the job application. The reason given by the supervisor was that the company was doing very well so they didn't need to improve it.
