First stage of the interview process was a screening, going through my CV and answering question re. why leaving job and why I was interested in the scheduling assistant role. Stage 2 was a group interview, in which I was asked a variety of questions. This was a very relaxed interview and I felt no pressure having to answer all questions asked.
