J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Oura

The interview process consisted of multiple rounds of interviews over video. First I connected with HR and discussed the role I was looking for. That was followed by three rounds of technical interviews with culture / team aspects embedded in them.
Finally there was one more round with an engineering leader to agree on details for the role. At this point I knew I was going to receive an offer but that was handled on a separate track with HR.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The questions were very much related to the role I was applying for. There was a mix of on-the-spot problem solving/designing for a challenge I might run into in the role, as well as experience based discussions about the problems I'd solved in the past.
Applied online, got almost instantly invited to do a coding assessment. It was timed and limited to 30 minutes. While the problem wasn't particularly difficult, navigating an unfamiliar platform and handling all the test cases within that time frame was a lot. I don't like multi-hour assessments either but 30 minutes was more reminiscent of a crisis than normal operations. Never spoke to a person so I imagine they are casting a wide net in a low-effort sieve.

The interview started with a referral from an old colleague. The interviews were scheduled quickly. There were 4 rounds with the whole process taking 20 days from initial contact to offer.
The 2 technical interviews were a whiteboarding session and a online coding challenge. The coding challenge was about implementing algorithms using my own chosen tools. I used Python and VSCode.

The recruiter was great as she seemed really excited about my 20 years experience. Then it all changed with the hiring Manager interview. First off, he was late and only left me 4 minutes to ask questions at the end. He didn't even know what job i was interviewing for until the end when I was able to ask a question. He had to ask me!! I realize that my interview was at the end of the day and he was bored, but he could have shown some enthusiasm. No personality - I felt like I was talking to a wall. Zero interaction with him. Zero questions regarding my experiences. He just asked 'check box' questions from a list. Really sad experience.
