Entretien
Very straight forward and nice. Consisted of three stages: 1. Cultural interview, 2. Take home project, 3. Technical interview, using the take home project as base.
Everything felt clear and natural. It truly felt like there was an interest in finding the best suitable team for Oura and for me.

Technical interview was mainly focused on system design

Entretien
The interview process includes 4 steps: Hiring manager interview, system design, technical assignment + discussion and final meeting with engineering manager. It took around 1 month to complete, but the feedback after each section was given quite fast.

On system design interview I was given a task to build high level systems` architecture where there are 3 objects: smart scale, application and cloud.

Entretien
The process was 3 rounds of interviews:
- Recruiter Screening ~30 mins
- Hiring Manager Interview ~1 hour
- Virtual Onsite ~3.25 hours:
- Coding interview: 1.5 hours
- System Design: 1 hour
- Product Discussion: 45 mins
