Incuded a phone call and a future shaper lab which consisted of group activities + a brief introduction of the grad program.
However, I did not receive a phone call that I was notified of.

The interview started with resume screen.
Then, it was a video interview where we needed to record several responses to questions.
It was followed by an online group interview
Then, an interview with the line manager + IQ test

Q: What are you looking to gain from joining the Orica Graduate Program?
Q: During your universities academic group project/s, what role did you play in the group? What did you contribute to achieve your outcome?
Basic questions asking about the interest behind the role and the company. Would ask your strength and your future goal. Relatively relaxed interview. Also asked if I had commissioning experience (I was already working for another company).
