Very laidback, just met with faculty in the department and asked questions about their research. Make sure you have a good idea of who you'd like to work under and try to impress them / show you are motivated.

Entretien
I got interviewed with invited group of students for 2 days. At first day, I had 3 interview with different professors for 20 min each then had with program committee members over 30 mins. Next day program provided downtown trip.
