I recently interviewed for a Senior Software Engineer role at Ordergroove, and overall, it was a great experience. The process was well-structured, and everyone I spoke with was polite, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout. The interview consisted of several rounds: 1. Manager screen – A good discussion about my background and experience. 2. System design and product round – Engaging and insightful; I really appreciated their approach to problem-solving. 3. Coding round – Unfortunately, I let my nerves get the best of me during the behavioral aspect, which impacted my performance, even though I managed to complete the coding challenge. Despite not making it through, I have nothing but positive things to say about the team and their culture. They clearly value their engineers, treating them as first-class citizens—which is rare in today’s industry. I would love to get another shot at the process in the future, and I highly recommend Ordergroove to any engineers looking for a solid, well-run interview experience.
