It was a group interview with multiple people interviewing for the same position at once with a panel of supervisors and the vp of placement services. First they sat us down at a table to fill out the application and then they gave us 4 scenarios to write our answers to. After we completed the applications and the 4 questions they came back and started the interview. They gave each applicant a chance to answer each question.
