J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Oracle (New York, NY) en janv. 2019
Entretien
Not appealing. The interviewer seemed bias as if the role was being offered to another. This was explained eventually but not totally. I do wish the company the very best regardless
For a Solution Architect working with OCI services, the interview was straight forward. It only implied three rounds of interviews:
1. Regular screening call with a Sr. Recruiter.
2. Interview with Hiring Manager and a colleague of the same level I was applying to showing up a use case for a customer, business case and associated rationale.
3. Interview with another architect to very technical proficiency in cloud.
Oracle doesn´t use the STAR methodology that other companies such as Google, AWS, Apple or Meta leverage.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Oracle (Atlanta, GA) en mars 2025
Entretien
Very professional. The interviewer asked questions that spanned over various systems, cloud, and on premise. They were very accommodating with the changing schedule that I had. I would highly recommend applying for this company

Question 1
Do you have any interest in AI and the innerworkings within OCI?
First had an HR screen for 30 min, then separate interviews with three people who would be peers with me who were in the department and a manager. HR was a bit slow but peers and manager were great.
