The interview process took a little longer than expected, but I think it was because they had a lot of candidates. The first step was a follow up e-mail with the job description and asking for your wage requirement. The next is a quick phone interview with follow up questions. Then comes the in person interview. After that they had me go and shop the facility to see if it was actually somewhere I wanted to work. After they give you the offer you have to go take your drug test before you can start.
