Applied through the company website with my CV, cover letter, and answers to some questions they asked about random walks. I passed the initial screening and received an SHL test. I didn't get the SHL test score to pass to the next round so can't comment on later stages.
Very smooth, the HR just asked me why Optiver, why quant, what is your strength and weakness, what is the career plan in the next 5 years, but I did not answer very perfect
The first section was the online assessment which wasnt too bad, and the next part was a scheduled face to face behavioural interview. Still waiting to see if i passed that stage of recruitment

2nd of betting. the platform was bit hard to use. Recommend to get some training if you can find the resources. both interviewers were nice
