First of all, they don't care about your role. I went two times in 2024 and 2025.
In 2024
Here they called me for the F2F round from Bengaluru to Hyderabad and I haven't mentioned java in my resume, no where and still they selected my resume and when I reached they asked me relevant experience in java, I said I don't have but I know other prog language then they said no I am sorry..
In 2025
When I went for interview f2f for UI role, they said UI 20% , rest are backend so do you have experience in that
On interview invitation link it was clearly mentioned that we need UI developer and there will be 3 round ( Js fundamental n all ) but they didn't care what is your role
So while going to give interview for this Open text, be aware otherwise u will waste your time
Anyway I am never going to Open text even if they come with Offer letter.

Entretien
3 rounds of technical interview focused on data structure, system design, knowledge on technical stuffs as in Java, Spring Boot, Docker etc, and 1 manager mainly focused on how you will handle pressure and tackle production issues.
I Had a great interview experience! The interviewer was friendly, made me feel comfortable, and asked insightful questions. The conversation flowed naturally, and I appreciated the clear communication throughout the entire session.
