It was the worst experience of my life. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I was humiliated by interviewers not showing up and inexperienced interviewers. They need to take a look at the candidate experience process.

Very inexperienced recruiter asking me very detailed questions about how I recruited and she took copious detailed notes (in order to learn from me)

4-5 rounds with HM, team and other Talent leaders. Each interview was about 45 minutes long. They consisted of deep dives into past experience, such as day to day operations, recruitment strategies, stakeholder management, candidate experience etc.

An R4R recruiter reached out to me for an interview. We had a good conversation, she said she'd be moving me to the next stage and would get back to me with an update. That was over a month ago.
I sent her messages both via email and LinkedIn, but she has ghosted me the entire time (even after sending me a request to connect on LinkedIn, which is odd).
Terrible practice in a business environment that should most definitely not be ghosting candidates.
