it was actually a pretty intense phone interview. no really a screening but a legit interview without being face to face. it won’t be bad if you prepare. def review your resume and practice

HR phone screening (30 min), 2 rounds of interviews with team members (45 min each), then assessment of community management test comments submitting against prompts. It was a 4.5 week process and I was unfortunately rejected.
