Most Store Managers will go through a 3 step interview process. DM/HR/RVP The level of intensity can vary depending on the immediate need to fill the position. There has been a large amount of turnover at higher level positions in the company so the interview processes may vary greatly.

I went through 2 interviews (1 with a recruiter via telephone and 1 with DM & HR in person). However other regions require up to 5 interviews for SM position.
