Interviewer cancels our scheduled call at the last minute. We reschedule for the next day but interviewer does not show up for the call. We reschedule again and the interviewer is late to the call now. Finally, during the interview I'm asked if I would be interested in freelancing even though the position is listed as full-time (Huh?). Later in our conversation they pivot again and now the position is director level and they are interested in poaching my contacts (What?). I was left confused and never heard back from them (not even a rejection email).
