Got an email and was scheduled for an in-person interview. Interview was less than 30 minutes and a total waste of my time and parking money. Employer didn't know how to conduct an interview and asked inappropriate questions like where do you live? Are you married? Do you have children? Interviewers made it seem like it was a negative that I lived in the suburbs and had kids.
