Started with a 30m phone interview with a recruiter. The next step was an hour long virtual interview with the hiring manager. The final interview was on-site with 2 interviewers: someone who’d been in the role for previously and a regional leader. After going through several rounds of interviews, I received a generic decline through email. Working in HR, I don’t expect the recruiters to call each candidate, but once a candidate reaches the final stage, it should be a courtesy.
