Incredibly disjointed and negative process from start to finish. Communication is centralized through one individual and there’s no way to communicate with other members of staff. The first round of interview went well, I received some stellar feedback, everything was scheduled relatively quickly until the on-site interview. The second interviewer, whose opinion was was arguably the most important, was too “busy,” so someone else was pulled to interview me. The replacement was incredibly unprepared, asked me irrelevant questions, and discussed her dating life and length and frequently went on tangents. Incredibly unprofessional. There were no STAR questions or behavioral questions during this final round of interview. The recruiter did not offer to schedule a second interview after this experience, but instead ghosted me and sent a rejection email a week and a half later, citing that “I wasn’t a cultural fit,” which wouldn’t make sense after the final interview was conducted by someone unprofessional who didn’t ask me any cultural fit questions. Experience is dependent on location, but this experience was extremely negative, not a great reflection of the company, and lengthy, spanning 3.5 from application to decision.
