Interview started with a phone interview and HR seemed genuinely interested in who you are as a person. You take a personality test. If by those you’re a good fit you will be brought in for in in person interview conducted by three trainers but was not intimidating at all. You also take an excel test and typing test. Within a week I was offered the position and started a couple weeks after that
