One interview after posting application and personality quiz. Be persistent in pursuing a position with this company, at least in the PNW, and you will be hired. They do drug testing on driving positions, and do background checks - don't try to scam them if you're not clean. It's a waste of everyone's time.
If you're just looking for a paycheck, this isn't where you want to be. They expect good effort from their employees, and so do your fellow employees.

If you're not technically savvy, don't try and fake it. You are always much better off being honest - there is adequate training available, though it will be hard to find time for.

Very easy. Quick as well but the pay is really not there. Wished they pay a little more. You don’t need to know anything about cars. There are opportunities to move up as well if you’re interested

I had to spend over $2000 to travel for training and the mileage they pay isn't near enough to compensate for it! Plus I was promised all kinds of things and got none! I was visited by a company official high up while in training and told I was gonna be offered a higher position and still started out bottom of the todem poll.
