The team was extremely patient and understanding. I was enlisted in the military at the time of the interview process and I was going in and out of deployments and had very little communication. We had an initial phone interview with no issues, but I had issues getting back to the states for an in person interview. They were more than willing to do an interview over webcam which helped the process out a ton.
