I was contacted to interview after submitting my resume; I was asked to come in the following day which seemed a bit hurried/desperate. The principal offered me a position in-person, following the formal interview, and I accepted.

I applied to this job in May. Got a follow up email almost immediately. It took a week to set up the interview. The first one went really well! Then had a second interview with the CEO, Marlaina. She spoke over me the entire time. Overall was good, but they dragged their feet on giving me an answer for things like salary, benefits, and general information. Then, after three months, she offers me $18.50 an HOUR for an upper level project management position. I couldn’t believe it. She claims her ‘number 2’ makes only $30 an hour, no overtime. Absolutely ridiculous
Easy and fast. They looked desperate for hiring someone, apparently, everyone quit. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before coming for the interview. Staff is very nice and welcoming but CEO attitude and approach to her business make it impossible to last more than a month. waste of time and effort.
