The first step is always through an assessment test taken online. Then a group discussion is taken place if it is through campus placement. After GD, a personal interview is taken by the HRs. Another online assessment was taken place at their HQ with involved logical reasoning and then the final interview was with the managers of each department.

This is one of the smoothest processes that I have gone through, and I honestly feel grateful for it. There were 3 rounds of interviews all I got responses were quick, and I was assisted really well.
