Basically this company sucks if you are getting out of school they want you to build your own network/business and sell their products. This is not a bad job if you have a lot of iniative and are willing to take a lot of risk. It is all commission based and they don't pay to train you. They want you to start out selling to family and friends and from there build a network of selling retirement benefits and life insurance policies.
