There are 3 interviews. First and Second are informative and getting to know you. The second tests your ability to talk to people and see if you are referable. The last was review and offer.

Three rounds with calls with the head of hiring and with the head of the department, all behavioral questions were asked at each round to get to know you and your network

Multiple interviews and took place in different settings. Had one on the phone one on zoom and another in person in the office. Met multiple people in the interview and I asked more questions
