panel of very nice people but driving restrictions was a hiccup ... also applied in other areas such as mechanical instructor for which I am licensed but got no response ... licensed teacher dual journey-person but older then dirt . I feel under valued ... will not bend to ICBC rules and unfair practices ... did I reach my 50 words yet ... The institution and people are great but the license requirement is ridiculous.
