J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nordstrom

1st a simple coding OA on HireVue in a language of your choosing.
2nd an 1hr interview where you answer a few simple behavioral questions and then do a Leetcode hard in the rest of the 30 mins.
Overall, the interview process was difficult but fine. The unfortunate part is that I along with many other interns (it seems), after receiving an offer in Fall 2022, had our offers rescinded sometime in Spring 2023 due to the “role being eliminated.” Highly unprofessional, would not recommend only having an offer lined up here.

Phone screen followed by a four-interview loop. Phone screen was as you'd expect. Loop consisted of an architecture panel, behavioral, behavioral, then two leetcode-style questions. One of them was based on a sorting algorithm.

Question 1
Asked questions based on implementing sorting algorithms
Interview round included 4x45 min loop interview: behavioral, trendsetter, coding, and system design. For the behavioral and trendsetter, I was asked mostly about experiences. My trendsetter got really technical, as I was asked system design questions...
