Interview was easy. Talked about my past experience and what my strengths were. Was asked what I could bring to the company/team. Asked if I had spent any time working on the sales floor

Entretien
The process included a virtual, video interview as the preliminary weeding out process. You recorded yourself answering their questions, no human interaction. Once you make it through that process, you then interview with the director of the team, a typical competency interview. If you pass that then you're entered into the MA pipeline and from their hiring managers can pick who they'd like to interview from that pool of people. The hiring manager interviews varied in style, some more conversational and others more typical competency style. Be prepared to answer several "tell me about a time when..." questions.

Applied online, received an email to answer a brief questionnaire, and then a phone interview. Phone interview was brief and based mainly around things I brought up in answers to a previous question. Behavioral based, they were interested in my history and what I would bring to the table, how I would do things differently.
