Applied online through school's co-op site, was asked for an interview about a week later. Was interviewed by a hiring manager and two members of the team that was hiring. The mostly asked me about my past experience, no regular "why do you want to work here" questions. The asked me one technical question(What is a major difference between c++ and PHP) but that was it.
