Applied for the job after working for 2 years as subcontractor. Didn't have to fill in tests or attend interviews. Just continued working as before. I have already proved my abilities during the time we worked together and this ensured that my attitude is going to positively influence the overall morale and productivity of the group.

Very professional interview. Good atmosphere. Interview was conducted by technical lead and experienced manager (about 3h). Scheduled in one week. Some questions related to technical knowledge, experience and soft skills. Clear questions and expectations for position

1st round : They Asked me question related to project work and about my previous employer and past projects.
2nd Round : Other person asked same questions which was asked in 1st round in other way
3rd Round: Manager asked me how i will be a help in the project and Why i want to join.
