I had two interviews as part of the screening process—the first one with hiring managers, and the second with a company president and a director. Also, there was a casual meeting with an HR staff member where I could ask questions about culture and benefits, etc. In the first interview, I felt something was wrong with the attitude of the senior staff from HR who asked me a question based on HQ culture. He was an ex HQ employee and apparently are obsessed with where he used to belong to, and no one could control him during the interview. That gave me unhealthy vibes.
