The next day I received an email that I would not be moving forward, as they needed someone with production line experience. As this was not a requirement called out in the posting; I was confused. After some thought I assume they didn't realize that skill was needed until after our interaction. It happens.

A 30 mins phone screening first with the HR who will basically walked though your background and expected salary. She also introduced the job function. A very nice person. If passed, a 45 mins group managers interviewing from related departments. They are all nice and friendly who evaluate if you are suitable for their team.
