In house recruiter was very junior, very disorganized and in a bit of a rush. Process was not the best, met with senior execs, 4 total in two hours. Very rushed process, they were in a rush to fill this position and others very quickly, which concerned me a bit. Did not get an offer or even any communication that they made a decision on someone else until I reached out weeks later to have some closure. Seemed like a great office and impressive company but was a bit put off by the lack of follow up and the rushed process made my somewhat suspicious that there was a lot of turnover.

I met 4 executives within an hour an a half. It was not very well planned, they really did not give enough time to allow for each discussion to be valuable or give the candidate a break. Not a great experience. Called me back to ask if I would be interested in a different position and I declined.
