After applying online, they conducted a phone interview, then a week later a Zoom interview and speculative work. A few weeks after that, they requested an in-person interview and an edit test, then lastly a fourth interview a month later in which they told me I was in the top two candidates. Then months later, after requesting yet more information, they got back to me to tell me they had selected another candidate and told me to apply for something else. I applied for something else, and they did it to me again and offered me an insultingly small salary for a position that required higher education.
