Entretien
Straight and to the point, offering questions that evaluated your teamwork and ability to complete tasks. The first interview was a group interview with the HR department, the follow-up interview was with the department manager and team lead.

First they do a group interview with 4-10 applicants present. They go over the company benefits and what to expect from the job, and then ask the group some questions and you go around the group answering them. After you go home, they'll call you in for a second interview if you've passed the group. Once, I got called 10 mins after I got home. Another time, I got called a week after the group interview. You then set a date for an in-person interview with the team leader.
I think the group interview is very pointless and a waste of time. They should go over company benefits and all that after the person is hired, not before. The questions they asked were things like, "Describe a memorable time you cooked something," and "Why do you want to work with New Seasons." They should just screen applicants over the phone first for these kinds of basic questions instead of wasting everyone's time with a group interview that achieves nothing.
