Three phases. Pretty straight forward, if you display a great student mentality, positive attitude, and consistent work ethic, you’re good to go.
First round is with a director of operations, next round is with a corporate trainer, then the final round is with the director of op again.

Genuine, high morales men who went through a welcoming and professional interview process. The actual job at task was not specific or explained clearly in the interview, however. But expectations are clearly communicated.

I have had a great experience interviewing so far. Both the Co Director and Account Manager have been very welcoming and thorough while talking to them and I have felt very comfortable talking to them with conversation flowing very smoothly.
